Introduction

The 10th Edition of the Cable Wire Conference marks a significant milestone in this journey, celebrating "10 Editions; 1 Mission - Connecting Every Volt of the Future." Over the decades, the conference has evolved into a premier global platform for knowledge exchange, technical excellence and industry collaboration.

The conference will bring together policymakers, utilities, manufacturers, EPC contractors, technology providers, researchers and academia, for deliberating on emerging trends, regulatory frameworks and cutting-edge innovations shaping the cable and wire industry; through technical paper presentations, expert sessions and strategic discussions, CABLEWIRE 2026 aims to foster innovation, strengthen industry capabilities and support the development of safe, smart and sustainable cable solutions.

As the industry navigates rapid transformation driven by electrification, digitalisation and sustainability imperatives, this landmark edition reaffirms its mission - to connect every volt of the future with reliability, intelligence and responsibility.

Objective

The conference aims to provide a collaborative platform for stakeholders across the cable value chain to deliberate on advancements in safe, sustainable and smart cable technologies that support India's energy transition and infrastructure modernisation. It seeks to promote knowledge exchange on emerging technologies, safety standards, sustainability practices and smart solutions, while encouraging indigenous manufacturing and innovation in line with Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives. Through Technical Papers & discussions, case studies and policy dialogue, the conference endeavours to strengthen industry capability, enhance grid reliability, and contribute to the development of future-ready cable systems aligned with national and global priorities.

Conduct of the Conference

Cable Wire 2026 will be conducted over two days through plenary sessions, technical paper presentations, and panel discussions, featuring sessions based on key thematic areas. Technical papers, once accepted by the Technical Committee, will be presented by the authors during designated sessions. Each session will be moderated by Session Chair & evaluated by the Jury Members, ensuring time-bound and effective conduct of the session.

Author Participation Model
  • Only original, unpublished papers relevant to the conference theme will be accepted.
  • At least one author per accepted paper must be present at the conference to make the presentation.
  • One presenting author will be granted exemption from delegate fees. All co-authors wishing to attend must register as regular Paid Delegates.
  • Papers should be non-commercial in nature and must avoid use of brand names, logos, or product promotions.
  • Final presentations must follow the standard template provided by the Organising Committee.
