The conference will bring together policymakers, utilities, manufacturers, EPC contractors, technology providers, researchers and academia, for deliberating on emerging trends, regulatory frameworks and cutting-edge innovations shaping the cable and wire industry; through technical paper presentations, expert sessions and strategic discussions, CABLEWIRE aims to foster innovation, strengthen industry capabilities and support the development of safe, smart and sustainable cable solutions.

Objective

The conference aims to provide a collaborative platform for stakeholders across the cable value chain to deliberate on advancements in safe, sustainable and smart cable technologies that support Indias energy transition and infrastructure modernization. It seeks to promote knowledge exchange on emerging technologies, safety standards, sustainability practices and smart solutions, while encouraging indigenous manufacturing and innovation in line with Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives. Through Technical Papers discussions, case studies and policy dialogue, the conference endeavours to strengthen industry capability, enhance grid reliability, and contribute to the development of future-ready cable systems aligned with national and global priorities.

Conduct of the Conference

Cable Wire will be conducted over two days through plenary sessions, technical paper presentations, and panel discussions, featuring sessions based on key thematic areas. Technical papers, once accepted by the Technical Committee, will be presented by the authors during designated sessions. Each session will be moderated by Session Chair evaluated by the Jury Members, ensuring time-bound and effective conduct of the session.

Author Participation Model
  • Only original, unpublished papers relevant to the conference theme will be accepted.
  • At least one author per accepted paper must be present at the conference to make the presentation.
  • One presenting author will be granted exemption from delegate fees. All co-authors wishing to attend must register as regular Paid Delegates.
  • Papers should be non-commercial in nature and must avoid use of brand names, logos, or product promotions.
  • Final presentations must follow the standard template provided by the Organizing Committee.
